Accessibility target
Research Capture aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the accessibility guidance for supported devices and browsers.
This commitment covers public pages, sign-in, navigation, legal documents, and the primary research workflows on supported native and web experiences.
Product accessibility
The app provides labeled controls, clear navigation, readable contrast, status announcements, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
Not every workflow has been checked with every assistive technology or device class.
Legal documents use clear headings and direct links. Workspace screens label common actions and announce loading and error states.
Getting help
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, use the in-app support and account-help flows so the report enters support review.
The Trust Center also summarizes accessibility, privacy, and terms status.
A useful report includes the route, device or browser, assistive technology when applicable, the action you attempted, and the result that blocked you.
Improvement cadence
Accessibility checks accompany product changes and cover headings, labels, focus, contrast, and responsive layout.
This statement may be revised as Research Capture adds features, completes broader assistive-technology testing, or changes support handling. The version and publication date identify the current statement.
